Postage, Packing and Deliveries

  • Where the price is inclusive of postage and packing, delivery will be by Royal Mail 2nd Class "signed for" service. 

  • If a more urgent delivery service is required, please contact us via email and we can extra costs in advance.


  • All prints are packed in high quality poster tubes and all other items are posted in good quality boxes or padded envelopes.

Lead Times

  • We aim to despatch  orders such as art prints within 48 hours of receiving your order.​ Other items are made to order so please contact us via email before placing your order. 

Refunds/ Complaints

  • We naturally hope you will be delighted with your purchases. However, if you have any reason to be dissatisfied, please contact within 14 days of receipt of goods. We will do everything to rectify any problems as quickly as possible.

  • Payments

  • All payments are made securely via PayPal and we receive no confidential information regarding customer card or bank account details.
