  • What is your return policy?
    Due to all different designs and handmade products in Flontiere,some of our products are custom-made-to-order and non refundable. Please allow 10-14 working days for your order to be processed and     delivered. We aim for all orders to be delivered at that time, but this may vary during busy periods. If you need your order within a specific timeframe. please contact us so that we can confirm whether it will be possible to meet your requirements.

  • Delivery prices and how long does shipping take?
    Shipping typically takes 5-7 business days when the product is already made within the UK , for international orders please contact us. Prices are inclusive of delivery, except on the category of 3D cut out art and oil     paintings.  If your order hasn't arrived or arrived in a damaged state, please contact us.
